Customer Journey Map

In Q2 2020, I organized a workshop with stakeholders and cross functional teams to work on the customer journey map for WikiAbroad. It helps us tell the story of our customers’ experiences with the product across all touchpoints.

We divided the process into 5 phases:

1. Awareness

2. Consideration

3. Decision

4. Delivery

5. Loyalty & Advocacy

User Flows

Before designing everything, it’d be better to take a step back to think about the entire picture. User flows help us to understand how users navigate through the product to achieve their goals. Based on this, we can make sure to cover everything and design our screens in a productive way.

Design System

Design system is the backbone or framework that has repeating rules and patterns to maintain consistency across the product.
